So much can be said with how far real estate can get you in the world. One day the markets are zooming higher and higher. The next day it turns sour and becomes a buyers market.

This report is on the real estate market in Seattle. To do this report I used a simple Seattlecraiglist to help me. What did I find?

Like most of the USA Seattle has seen a drop in the housing market as well. There are many requests for help in the Seattlecraiglist for avoiding foreclosure. However the real estate market is not completely gone. Still available are those fix them up homes that you can fix and sell for a profit. This is only how I would advise you do this. You also need to be knowledgable in construction to do this.
